Short Bio

A project/programme manager and business analyst who specialises in Investment Banking.

I started out as a developer but got bored with learning a new language every couple of years. I then started learning about the business. Eventually sucked into management which pays well.. yum yum.

An Agile practitioner who uses Agile practices and techniques rather than tell others how to do them.

I’ve been annoying people on the subjects of real options, business analysis, risk management and Kanban for quite some time.

I feel that the “We’ve arrived” attitude of Agile is wrong as we have many many problems to solve for the practitioners to do their jobs effectively.
