Short Bio

Joined ThoughtWorks as a trainer/facilitator two years ago and have been introducing new hires, freshers and laterals, to Agile and XP in Induction Programs since then. I also work closely with our off-shore Software delivery teams, facilitating retrospectives and team meetings. As a learning generalist, I enable learning in the workplace through coaching and providing feedback. I am a NLP Master Practioner, trained and certified by Ian McDermott (ITS, London (UK)) and Robert Dilts (NLP University, Santa Cruz (US)). I enjoy bringing NLP into an Agile work environment, discovering similarities between NLP and XP practices.
