Short Bio

Adam Sroka is a software craftsman and Agile coach. Adam has worked as a member of many small Agile teams in a variety of different industries including human resources, finance, law enforcement, defense, medicine, advertising, and e-commerce. He has successfully worked with teams and individuals to adopt and perfect the technical practices of Extreme Programming such as Test-Driven Development, Refactoring, Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, and automated acceptance testing.

As a coach Adam specializes in the day-to-day interactions of team members solving real world technical problems. His approach focuses on mentoring individuals to become better software craftsman while at the same time working as part of a functioning Agile team.
