Short Bio

I currently coach organisations to improve their software development through a mixture of lean, agile and pragmatic techniques. As a coach I have come to realise that there is often very little ‘software’ in software development. Its all about people. This realisation has led me to embrace humanistic domains of storytelling, NLP, improv and counselling to help the developers, managers - people who play roles - to improve and grow as human beings. My experience shows you nearly always get great software as a by product.
