Most people associate agile development with processes such as scrum or practices such as test driven development. Although this is important, Tore argues that at the heart of agile is the agile mindset; the values that drive agile. Understanding this mindset is critical to implementing the processes and practices right. Without the mindset, the practices and processes will get a life of their own, and eventually stop being agile.

In this talk Tore will focus on why it is so important to understand the agile mindset and to be explicit about it.
