How to relieve the agile adoption pain?
Agile adoption is all about change. Change is always hard. Agile adoption is a big change which makes it more than hard, it’s painful. However the change can be softened by many means: knowledge, coaching, facilitation, stories, giving options, addressing fears. This workshop is all about treating the agile adoption pain. We will identify the different roles that are affected by the agile adoption. After that we work in groups and discuss what kind of skills the roles have to learn, what kind of fears they might have and what kind of drivers for change they have. Goal is to ease the adoption.
