How do I measure up: the Agile Skills Project
What do the masters of the craft and interested practitioners think we should be learning? What skills do they find most useful? Starting from a small meeting in 2009, more than 400 people have contributed to a list of skills based on the “Seven Pillars”. This work, called the Agile Skills Project, is not an assessment scheme, but rather a system that rewards life-long learning, knowledge-sharing, and peer-review, with a means for benchmarking existing certifications and training materials. Find out how to apply this evolving set of community standards, and voice your ideas on the project.

- What can we do to promote real learning in the community?
- What is the Agile Skills Project?

- Ignoring certification schemes brought us ScrumBut—instead we can support agile implementations by putting certifications into context (by comparing with standards we, the agile community, created).
